A Coincidence in Manhattan

I'm in a hotel room in New York City tonight (or this morning), and I just noticed that the toilet in one of the bathrooms (and probably in the other one) includes a toilet seat that is impossible to slam--a toilet seat just like the one we will eventually have in our remodeled bathroom.
